Please show us your motor details or drawings. Also, please advise working condition, load, output torque, output speed or reduction ratio, backlash, etc. Then we will recommend the suitable model. Can I get the 3D and 2D drawings?
Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also, the input size of the gearbox can be customized according to different motors.
Do you have an individual design service?
Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold developing cost and design charge.
What is your lead time?
Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard products. If there's a shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time; it will depend on the specific orders.
